Due to COVID-19, our delivery partners are experiencing delays. As a result, your order may take longer to arrive.

To make sure that your items reach you before December 24, place your orders before December 16.

ABOUT YOUR ORDERS
Orders placed through thirst.sg/shop are subject to confirmation and acceptance by The Thirst Collective. Once an order has been confirmed, all aspects of the delivery and payment arrangements are finalised and cannot be changed. Please check order details carefully prior to confirmation.

We will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, subject to their availability. In the event that items are not available, you will be notified by us as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by us to be authorised to receive the goods.

SHIPPING COSTS
For all orders under $200, there will be a flat rate shipping of $4 unless specified.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATE
Dispatching of orders are normally made Monday to Friday (business days only, excluding Public Holidays). We will try to dispatch your order within 72 hours. Our orders are fulfilled by third-party couriers. As a result, delivery timings are subject to their schedules.

Please note that delays can be experienced due to other variables, which is beyond our control and influence.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Unfortunately we are unable to accept any orders for delivery outside Singapore at the present time. Overseas customers are still able to place orders for delivery within Singapore.

DISPATCHING OF ORDERS
We attempt to ship all items in your order together. In the case where some products are temporarily unavailable, they may be dispatched separately and hence, multiple deliveries. We will notify you when your item/s have been dispatched, or if your order requires special attention.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
The Thirst Collective is not responsible for the delivery of orders if the delivery address supplied has been entered incorrectly or is the incorrect address. If you have changed your address since placing your order with valid reason, please notify us by email shop@thir.st immediately. Additional charges for resent orders may apply.
