Refunds or Exchanges

For any enquiries related to Exchange, Replacement, and Refund please contact us as soon as possible at shop@thir.st

REPLACEMENTS
Replacements are issued upon the following criteria:

• The purchased item is defective. Please provide your order confirmation as evidence of purchase, and photo/ video evidence of the defect, which can be submitted via email to shop@thir.st
• An item is confirmed to have been lost in transit upon confirmation by our shipping partner.

In the case of a replacement, no return will be necessary unless further examination of the item is needed.

RETURNS
We generally do not accept return of items after they have been dispatched. In the event that our team has allowed a return, please ensure that the item is still in its original condition.

Returns will not be issued under the following terms:

• Change of mind.
• Excess quantity of items due to wrong input of quantity by the customer.
• Item does not fit the user properly. Please check all measurements listed for apparel before making your order.

Return request is to be made within 7 days of receiving items. To propose your return, please contact shop@thir.st providing sufficient evidence.

REFUNDS
We generally do not issue refunds for items after they have been dispatched and delivered in good condition.

Refunds will not be issued under the following terms:

• Change of mind.
• Loss of items due to wrong input of shipping address by the customer.
• Item does not fit the user properly. Please check all measurements listed for apparel before making your order.

Exceptions may be considered.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping expenses on any exchange unless there has been an error within the shipping process for which The Thirst Collective can be held responsible.

The most effective way to raise an exchange request is to contact shop@thir.st with information about your order and your desired item for exchange.

Due to hygiene reasons, clothing items cannot be exchanged.
